Mohammad Kathrada, MICIP

Psychotherapist · Clinical Consultant · Founder

My work centres on people whose difficulties cannot easily be reduced to one diagnosis. I bring experience from psychotherapy, residential treatment, multidisciplinary leadership, supervision and complex case formulation.

My approach is integrative but formulation-led: therapy begins by understanding how symptoms, relationships, developmental experiences, personality functioning and the person’s present environment interact.

02 / HOW I WORK

Integration without losing formulation.

No single therapeutic modality explains every person. Depending on your formulation and treatment needs, the work may draw from psychodynamic and attachment-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, NARM, mentalization-based principles, and structured approaches including DBT, CBT and ACT.

The guiding question is not simply “Which therapy do I use?” It is “What does this particular person need, and why?”
